No striker and no goal threat, no real surprise.
With Isak missing this is the team I would have gone with and it has been an improved overall performance without being anything special. A second goal for them and it is game over, and if we do score I can't really see where it is going to come from without a change to personnel, and clearly Osula is not fancied as an option, which leaves us with very little ability to make the type of change we need. Still think we might nick a draw from a set piece or long range effort, equally I won't be shocked to be here at full time 0-3, the only result I am confident won't happen is 3 points for us.

Take that all day long. Much improved performance, a togetherness that has been missing all season, and a hard fought point against a side of that quality.
All I have wanted to see all season long is that level of effort, coupled with a game plan for each team we face, can't ask for more than that, win, lose or draw.

This may or may not be the turning point in our season, but it was a performance which shows how good we can be when everyone puts in the performance that they are capable of.
Now we need consistency and hopefully no injuries to key players. Though Gordon was great, maybe with Isaac we would have won, but a point against the champions is a great result.

A good point in the end and a much improved performance. Thought Lewis Hall was excellent today and not the only one.
