If he's as close to being 1st team standard as we are led to believe, is this going to be a case of him being backup along with Williamson?
I'm sure that would be looked at by the money men and they would see a saving around the 6 million mark.

It amazes me that we are so proactive when it comes to getting cheap or free signings in, but seem to hit a brick wall when it comes to paying real money.
With just over 3 weeks till kick off time is running out to get our deals done.

This signing has been on the backburner for months,it's hardly what we've been craving to hear,glad to have him but we need to start with the hardcore business now and bring in 1st team regulars.
