I think you should pick a team and then your lumbered with it until the jan transfer window end of.Obviously you should have a big enough squad for injuries but messing around every week isn't realistic.You shouldn't be allowed to make transfers each week thats not what a manager can do.

Cheers mate it's just that some members already have been to busy with work etc to be able to restructure their team every week.Plus it would be better if it were more realistic with only transfer windows to get new players.I think the newspaper ones are more like this and you could even win money which we could all pledge to give to the Sir Bobby Robson Foundation if we won.:)

Helen your the classic example of the type of dream team i'm talking about,you've picked a good team and stuck with it.I've actually dropped players for not performing only for them to play a blinder next game.So a dream team that you can't tinker with until transfer windows would be more realistic and your testament to that.
