We have decided to review any decision in the last 10 years, ruling out goals, changing results, changing title holders, relegating teams who should have been relegated if our decision today had stood at the time. Handball is handball, everything is now a handball, in fact we have decided because footballers also have hands, we are ruling out every single goal that has been scored in the last 10 years, apart from own goals scored by goalkeepers who are allowed to have hands.
