Aston Vile (h)
United: Martin Dúbravka, Javier Manquillo, Federico Fernández, Jamaal Lascelles, Danny Rose, Matt Ritchie, Isaac Hayden, Jonjo Shelvey, Miguel Almirón, Allan Saint-Maximin, Joelinton.

Substitutes: Karl Darlow, Emil Krafth, DeAndre Yedlin, Fabian Schär, Nabil Bentaleb, Valentino Lazaro, Yoshinori Muto, Dwight Gayle, Andy Carroll.
That was a poor first half, not helped by a picky ref.  I hope the lads step up for the second half; too many - Almiron, Shelvey  in particular - not quite at the races yet (and everything Joelinton got right on Sunday, he's getting wrong today).
I must say Dwight Gayle didn't look overjoyed when he scored.  huh?

Great ball in from big Andy
Took us 15 minutes to get going, we were then the better side without really testing a dodgy Villa goalkeeper. Joelinton could have got on the end of 4-5 balls into the box if he happened to have the footballing brain of Carroll, sadly he is a fish out of water as a striker. Overall though we controlled large parts of the game until our illustrious goalkeeper made sure he moved top of the "mistakes that led to goals" charts this season with 8. Dubravka is an accident waiting to happen these days, sadly, and it's usually something really innocuous that he should save with his eyes closed.

We should have beaten them and given us a real chance to push on into the top half, but it is what it is, when your goalkeeper does that, there isn't much else you can do other than shrug your shoulders and move onto the next game.
On the positive side, another point closer to safety.....

On the negative side, should have won this

But lets face it - these games are a distraction from the big question:

Are those EPL bastards going to let us have our arab money?

If it had been Arsenal being bought with oil money - approval would have been there within 24 hrs

The bias against us is palpable
