final fantasy footy positions - Pazman - 12-05-2014

congratulations to the winner, but from my own personal point of view, I lost interest in this early on for a couple of reasons, after a few weeks I found myself wanting to get back to the original premier league one and also due to my new role at work I now have less time for the forums, which is why I haven't been as active.
for next season I will be all for entering a team in the fantasy league if there is one, but unfortunaly I will be stepping down from running it as I don't feel I can run it like it should be with weekly updates and reminders.

I fecked up big time.i got lumbered with players who got moved in jan or out injured and had no transfers left...well done to Bentleys Bruisers. :clap:

Congrats to the winner.
I also didn't take to this version of FF. Seemed silly you couldn't have subs - when someone got injured all you could do was sell them and then buy them back a few weeks later.
In the end I would go on every few weeks and just buy as many of the top scoring players I could, no thought to the kind of team I wanted etc.
Mind, that still didn't bloody work, as my league position shows! Guess you can't guarantee success in footie by just hoovering up all the "best" players, can you? Man City, take note....

Right Paz...it sounds like we need either a new one or go back to the 1st one we had....Mind if we go back to the 1st one could someone talk me through it a bit....i'm thick as mince me. :D

Snap I still had Cabaye in my team in Jan with no transfers left was doing quite well until January hmm is there a connection here?
